Common Questions

Things people often ask

What kind of support does homevaledas provide?
homevaledas offers educational workshops, document-organisation tools, and a peer community membership. We focus entirely on communication skills, practical coordination resources, and group learning — we do not provide personal advice, counselling, or any regulated professional service.
Who are the workshops designed for?
Our programmes are open to adults in any family situation who want to improve how they communicate or organise shared responsibilities. Sessions are conducted in English and are particularly well-suited to expatriate and international families living in northern Thailand.
How long does each programme take?
The Family Talk Workshop runs as a single half-day session. Shared Records Setup is a focused two-hour guided walkthrough with templates provided upfront. The Community Membership covers a full year with monthly workshops and ongoing access to the resource library.
Are the sessions held in person or online?
The Family Talk Workshop and Shared Records Setup take place at our Chiang Mai space on Charoenmuang Road. Community Membership workshops are held online, allowing members across Thailand to join from wherever they are.
Do I have to attend with other family members?
Not at all. Each programme works well for individuals who want to develop communication skills on their own. Families who do attend together often find it a helpful shared experience, but it is entirely optional.
What is the pricing, and are there any additional costs?
The Family Talk Workshop is ฿3,500 per person. Shared Records Setup is ฿9,500 and includes all templates and the session. Community Membership is ฿22,500 for a full year. All prices are inclusive of materials and there are no hidden extras.
How is my privacy protected during group sessions?
All group sessions operate under shared ground rules that participants agree to at the start. Details shared in the room remain in the room. We do not record in-person workshops without prior consent, and no personal information is shared with third parties.
