1. About Us

These terms apply to homevaledas, an education and community organisation operating at 90 Charoenmuang Road, Wat Ket, Chiang Mai 50000, Thailand. homevaledas provides general educational workshops, document-organisation guidance, and moderated peer community membership. Nothing we offer constitutes professional, legal, financial, or health advice.

2. Our Programmes

homevaledas currently offers the following programmes:

• Family Talk Workshop — a facilitated half-day group workshop on calm, respectful communication. Includes a workbook. Price: ฿3,500 per participant.
• Shared Records Setup — a two-hour guided session on organising shared family documents and schedules. Includes editable templates and a checklist. Price: ฿9,500 per booking.
• Welcoming Community Membership — a twelve-month moderated peer membership including online workshops, peer circles, curated reading, and recordings. Price: ฿22,500 per member per year.

Programme details, schedules, and prices are subject to change. The details confirmed at the time of your booking apply to your enrolment.

3. Nature of Our Services

homevaledas programmes are designed as general educational experiences. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. In particular:

• Our workshops do not constitute counselling, psychotherapy, mediation, or any regulated practice.
• Our document-organisation sessions do not constitute legal, financial, or accounting advice.
• Community membership discussions are peer-to-peer and moderated for respectfulness; they do not constitute advice from homevaledas or from any other participant.
• Facilitators and moderators are educators, not licensed practitioners in any regulated profession.

If you are experiencing a serious family, legal, or personal matter, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support.

4. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
• Payment details will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. In the event homevaledas cancels, a full refund will be issued.
• Places on workshops are limited and allocated in the order bookings are received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

The following cancellation policy applies to all programmes:

• 14 or more days before the workshop date: full refund, less a ฿250 administrative fee.
• 7–13 days before the workshop date: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before the workshop date: no refund, but you may transfer your place to another person by notifying us in writing before the event.
• Community Membership: cancellation within 14 days of initial payment and before any content has been accessed will receive a full refund. No refund is available after the 14-day window or once membership content has been accessed.

Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected].

6. Programme Changes

homevaledas reserves the right to change workshop dates, facilitators, or venue due to circumstances outside our control. We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible. If a date change is not suitable for you, you may request a full refund.

7. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and staff with respect at all times.
• Refrain from sharing another participant's personal disclosures outside the session.
• Follow any ground rules communicated at the start of a workshop or within the community membership guidelines.

homevaledas reserves the right to remove a participant who behaves in a way that disrupts the experience of others or breaches these expectations. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, workbooks, templates, recordings, and written resources provided by homevaledas are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share them with third parties without prior written permission from homevaledas. Materials remain the intellectual property of homevaledas.

9. Recording

Participants may not record audio or video of live workshops without the written consent of homevaledas and all other participants present. homevaledas may record certain online sessions for the purposes of the Community Membership archive; participants will be notified before any recording begins.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• homevaledas is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in our programmes, use of our website, or reliance on any general information presented in our workshops.
• homevaledas's total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific programme to which the claim relates.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Website Use

This website is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Use of the website is at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our pages.

12. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data in connection with our programmes and website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. The terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to that booking. Continued use of our website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
